I used themelt.com to order lunch it was straightforward. The menu loaded fast, adding items to my cart was easy, and checkout didn’t drag on with a bunch of extra steps. I got my pickup time clearly too. No real issues, I’d definitely use it again

I ordered from The Melt it was easier than I expected to make a few diet changes. I don’t eat meat, so I’m always kind of bracing myself for the usual “choice” of fries or one sad salad, but there were actually enough options that I didn’t feel boxed in. I did keep second-guessing myself while ordering, like maybe I was missing something in the menu details, but it turned out fine.

The allergen info was helpful too, although I do wish a few items had more specifics so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if I should risk it. My order showed up right and tasted good, which I appreciated. I wouldn’t call it perfect, but for a fast casual place, it was definitely better than a lot of others when you need small changes

customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort out my issue without making it feel like a big deal. They kept everything simple and actually seemed like they cared, which I really appreciated.

Went here and the place was clean, tables were getting wiped down quick and stuff. The vibe was okay, just kinda loud and not really the kind of place I’d wanna sit at for a long time. Nothing was bad exactly, it just felt average to me. I’d give it 3 stars

Well... I’ve actually saved a few bucks often with the promos and points here. It’s not a huge thing, but it definitely makes shopping feel a little better.

The food was fine, but trying to figure out the allergen and nutrition stuff on themelt.com was kind of a pain. I kept clicking around and thinking I’d found it, but then… not really? I still wasn’t totally clear on cross contact, which is the main thing I needed to know. If you’re eating with allergies or even just trying to keep track of calories, it could be way easier.

The takeout was okay overall, nothing too wild, but the fries got cold by the time I ate them and that was a tiny heartbreak. Warm fries could’ve saved the whole meal, but cold fries just hit differently in the saddest way.

I really enjoyed this overall. The flavor was delicious, and the cheese had a nice creamy texture that made every bite better. It was just a little on the salty side for me, but still really good and something I’d happily order again.

I had no trouble finding a table when I went, which was nice because I didn’t have to stand around waiting. The place maybe felt a little too quiet at first, but that made it easier to just sit down and relax

I used the kiosk to place my order and it was ridiculously easy. Got through it quick with no issues at all.

No complaints from me, I left completely full. The portions were seriously huge, and I got full way faster than I expected.

The food was tasty and filled me up, so in my head that makes the price feel fair too. It was one of those meals that just worked when I didn’t want to think too much. I’d definitely order again if I needed something quick.
